3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or directly at our Sandhurst location. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are generally due at the time of vehicle collection. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment services.
Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection, it is important to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage without delay. A vehicle condition report will be completed and both parties will sign it. Please return the vehicle in the same condition as it was collected, accounting for normal wear and tear. Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Prohibited uses of the vehicle include engaging in illegal activities, racing, rallying, off-roading, or any high-risk endeavors. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting to third parties is not allowed. Driving under the influence of substances, using the vehicle for unintended purposes, exceeding passenger or weight limits, and operating outside designated geographical boundaries without proper authorization are also strictly prohibited.
Breach of terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
